Hager Investment Management Services, LLC does not hold custody of clients’ assets.  The firm uses a variety of brokerage houses and banks as custodians.  The selection of an appropriate custodian is a joint decision made by Hager Investment Management Services and the client, taking into account both fees and service provided when recommending a custodian.Hager Investment Management Services, LLC is not a broker and receives no commissions based on transactions executed on behalf of clients.  The firm charges an investment advisory fee of three-quarters of one percent of assets under management per year.  This fee is billed on a quarterly basis in arrears.  Clients also incur commission charges on portfolio transactions, the amount of which varies depending on the broker/custodian employed.
